They were the GC for a project in Minneapolis. They didn't know the basics of construction when it came to permits, duties of each trade such as electrical/plumber and HVAC, or having the project meet critical deadlines. They blamed everyone else, instead of taking ownership. Their attitude, communication and work ethic was poor.
