We hire realtors to make things easier, right? Well, Shane sold our house in 3 days, for asking, and we barely had to lift a finger. Our closing wasn't easy either. We had to sell our house to buy our home and Shane gave me a lender recommendation who worked out the whole other side of the deal with similar ease.
