Genuinely nice guy, helpful, gets the job done! . Shane helped us long before we listed our condo w him. He suggested updates, got prices, and even ran our condo as an “off market” property by sharing our info w potential buyers and other realtors. He went above and beyond in many ways to secure a sale for us. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable.

It’s all about the details . Shane was great from start to finish. He was extremely attentive to our wishes. It took us a few days, but in the end we found the perfect condo on the beach on the 4th floor of the Oasis(formally Phoenix West II). We absolutely love it! It has been rented out every night since we closed it. It’s been a perfect investment property:) Thanks Shane!
