Very bad experience. Vasectomy. Did not warn me or give any after care instructions. Spent several days trying to contact doctor. Said to call them was not given the number. For days would call and they would say they would contact me. Finally someone got back to me no real help just another appointment in a week. At appointment been waiting for an hour and a half to see doctor. Tried to get in with one of the PA because didn't want to see this doctor again. They would not allow. Don't go to Dr. Daley. He was so impersonal on my first visit and made me feel uncomfortable. He canceled a test he was supposed to do twice both after I had taken off work to make the appointment. The office staff treats you like you are bothering them when you check-in.
I went to the doctor who sent me for tests. One of the tests said (and I saw it with my own eyes) that my prostate is enlarged. He said it wasn’t. I told him I saw it on the report in my profile. He wanted to do another test and I’ve tried numerous times to get them to schedule it but to no avail. Very sad by this lack of oversight and organization. I told them them I have pain each time I pee. FOR THREE MONTHS!!!!
Horrible experience from a family member that went to him! This provider did not complete a thorough exam, did not ask how he’s feeling, saw him in 5minutes, horrible bedside manners(did a Rough exam) and did not explain any tests nor did he let patient ask any questions!! Just saw him as “another patient” rushed in and out! Patients come in to see the Dr because they are obviously not feeling well or are sick, and on top of that to be treated like this!?
