Dr McDowell is compassionate and very skilled. He creates a friendly, non-threatening environment for his patients and staff.
Love this office No complaints! I will recommend Dr.McDowell to anyone in need of dental care he is very thorough and make sure you understand everything before he proceeds with any treatment. The staff is wonderful. I normally see Candice she is a doll.
I could not recommend this office any higher.
Worst experience ever. Took 5 months to get appointment for filling said Insurance didn’t cover when they do (we called the insurance day before). Still no filling after trying to sell me on 3 do nothing visits and a cancellation. No apologies and was told no charge for 1st visit (just X-rays) because of insurance screw up.now holding my records hostage. Not very professional Do Not recommend.
