When Shane told us, “I work for the owner as the owner's agent.” and not for us. He meant it! We were not aware that our apartment did not have the water service connected. Unprofessional and nonresponsive.

The property was nice. However, Shane is a slumlord. He'll leave you in risk of danger in your own home to be a cheapskate. Everything wrong with the unit, he will blame on anyone but himself. He'll be loud at all hours doing construction, but want you to be quiet as a mouse. The hypocrisy and cheap and blaming ways is ridiculous! Do not rent from him. Not worth it.
