The property was nice. However, Shane is a slumlord. He'll leave you in risk of danger in your own home to be a cheapskate. Everything wrong with the unit, he will blame on anyone but himself. He'll be loud at all hours doing construction, but want you to be quiet as a mouse. The hypocrisy and cheap and blaming ways is ridiculous! Do not rent from him. Not worth it. Yes I was a tenant. I'm clearly not going to put my name on here for obvious reasons.
Shane helped us to lock in a great rental and we really appreciate his professionalism and communication. Plan to work with again.
