Shame on you! I came to you THREE SEPARATE TIMES with lower ab/pelvic pain and NOT ONCE did you even touch me to correctly diagnose the problem. Ignoring my calls? You wrote your notes from the ignorant Surgeon Charles Castillo who misdiagnosed me and sent me back to you for the right order $$! Dr. Daley was fine, but the office staff was terrible. I was not given my test results for months, was told Dr. would return my call in an emergency and he was not given the message, and even leaving the practice was also made difficult by staff. When I called a few minutes before close, the phone was picked up and hung up. When I called back immediately, I was also put on hold for more than half an hour before I gave up. When I was finally able to obtain my records, they did not include the lab results for tests I had paid ... read more
I was reall struck by the sincerity and the genuine welcome to come back if i need him. I got out of the hospital after a heart procedure. I had a catheter on for obvious reasons. I had been to a urologist the the hospital set me up with first. In my opinion, i was treated terribly there, so i left that office. My pcp hooked me up with this urologist Mr. Daley. What a nice. Took care of me and it was painless. The Dr. Daley genuinely invited me to come back if i ever needed anything, and i will.
Once my nervousness kicked in I wasn't sure what to expect, Dr Shane Daley's office receptionist was very helpful and nice. My wait was less than ten minutes after completing the necessary paper work. Dr Daley was a great listener and helped me formulate a plan that had me scheduled for my catheter to be placed a couple hours prior to my upcoming back surgery. I had a catheter go wrong during a previous surgery so I was relieved that Dr Daley could accommodate my surgery morning. God Bless
