I recently had Shane Larson Catering for my wedding on 07/11/26. They say no one remembers the food at a wedding. However he prepared for that to be wrong. The food was a HIT. The whole night, the days after, all I got was compliments on how good the food was. We currently live in Texas, and really the BBQ gives the South some competition. So glad we were able to have Shane’s BBQ cater for our grandparents 70th anniversary celebration. The food was all delicious and it took a level of stress off of us to not have to worry about it.
This was incredibly delicious bbq! Food was fresh and a great variety! Family was friendly and obviously enjoy serving others. But why 5 stars? Because everything was first class. They went above and beyond in every little detail. I’ve eaten Tennessee, St Louis, Mississippi, Texas and Wyoming barbecue and this was the best!
Excellent food, could not ask for a better catering business for our area!
