Franco is excellent and attentive to detail. Takes a look at everything we mention and cares as if it’s his own home. Super friendly dude and had a great experience working with him over the past year. The trades that they work with are all lovely people. Felt super comfortable with them in our home. Specifically Mona Lisa painting, Faraj and Ali are amazing and go above and beyond. Super happy with our Shane Home!
After sales service ruined all the image it had. Workmanship is to be blamed as well. Expect poor service after purchase. DO NOT expect it to be same while you signed for your home.
After building with Shane we were wondering how they will handle imperfections. Every house has then and it's inevitable in my experience. They sent us Franco and he was/is amazing!! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. He helped us with the inspection of the house. Notice every imperfection, and even pointed out a few we haven't noticed. He also coordinated all the trades and made the process very easy and stress free! Franco is the best!
My wife and I have had the greatest experience working with Andrew and Heather of Shane Homes as we start our home ownership journey. They patiently guide through each step and you never feel overwhelmed. I highly recommend Shane Homes if you're looking at building in Ambleton/Amble Ridge area.
