Extremely disappointed with Shane Homes and would never build with them again. We built the Monarch model and have been dealing with a major design flaw from day one. The master bedroom wall is attached to the common washroom, and all the plumbing runs through the master bedroom return air vent area. Every time someone uses the washroom, the plumbing noise echoes loudly into the bedroom. It completely ruins the comfort and privacy of the space. We purchased a new home in Aspen Spring this January, and it has been absolutely amazing working with Erin and William throughout the entire home-building process.
