Dr. Tony Nguyen is a great Dr, but are experience with the Core institute is nothing but a huge disappointed! Long wait times, and the post surgery support is just about criminal! Expect to be dying in pain and no phone calls from the Dr or MA. They treat you like a drug addict when you ask for pain meds after a surgury. Very unfortunate
My Mother had surgery for a nroken ankle, she is also one of the many from her generation that is made to live on 800 bucks a month, when I took her to her last appointment they refused service because of a balance 90 days old, my questionis gow can you fill someone with screws and hardware and then just turn them away, I'm getting her a 2nd opinion, and may Sue the core institute for an unnecessary invasive procedure if it wasn't needed, and the 27th ave location are the most selfish employees, and its clear they are there ... read more
Absolutely horrible service. Do NOT recommend. I came in on my scheduled day and time and they told me I was not scheduled for another week.. they screwed up and won't do anything to fix it or even apologize. Every other time i have been here it is over an hour and a half wait just to be taken into the room to wait more. It takes more than 3 weeks to schedule an appointment. Second time here and already at a 2 hour wait , the staff does not inform very well and the waiting rooms are so packed theres no where to sit , its another 2 hour estimated wait and the doctor still isnt even here from what his MA just said , never again very unprofessional
