Dr Gailushus is amazing but the scheduling people they have are very rude and unhelpful. They do not care to hear about your situation, will cut you off and for being someone working over the phone they have absolutely not one friendly tone. Seems they could use some help in that area.
Met Dr Gailushas in an emergency situation in the OR late one evening. He explained everything that was going on and was very thoroughly before they started. His knowledge & delivery were very comforting. His explanation afterwards was just as thorough. Great bedside manner and great follow up!

Never again. I have worsening ear pain lasting a week. I was written off saying I have sensitive ears. No offer or thought by doctor to be seen right away via walk in. No offer of anti inflammatory or steroids. Pain not responding to over the counter medications. The nurse did not even seem to care as she sounded so lax as if she was lying in bed. What doctor writes off someone's pain as sensitive ears with worsening pain? Urgent care advised to go see ear nose and throat.
