I had a very good experience getting my new roof. Jake did a great job with the quoting and keeping me informed of the timeline. The actual installation was smooth with no surprises. The workerscleaned up the yard and didn't leave any debris behind, then Jake did a follow-up to inspect and sign off on the project. I would highly recommend Shane Fisk Roofing and Jake for any roofing project.
Absolute clowns. After a storm we had one of their sales people stop by our home offering to do a free assessment to see if there was any damage. We have a two story house with a sunroom off the back. This joker climbed to the second story from the sunroom roof and then when trying to get back down his ladder slipped. We offered to run up and hold the ladder but before we could he JUMPED off the upper roof onto the sunroom roof and went right through it. Massive damage to the roof and the interior. Highly highly recommend Shane Fisk Roofing. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. They worked with my insurance company and the only thing I had to pay was my deductible, our insurance covered the rest for our entire roof! Our roof was done very quickly with no mess left behind. You can't go wrong with them!!

We as a commercial customer have many apartment homes and buildings in Northeast Ohio. We have had Luke and his father, Shane Fisk do many roofs for us, along with repairs. They have been tremendous to work with and have provided honest pricing and direction throughout the entire projects. They have responded quickly to leak calls that we have had as well.
