On our job, they supplied incorrect materials and then expected us to fix the issue after installation, we called priour to installation to discuss about materials that were provided and they confirmed to use the materials. Company representatives were not present on-site to ensure the work proceeded as planned particularly when their involvement was necessary. Call this place if you need a roof! I cannot thank James and Luke enough for working with me and my insurance company to replace my roof. All the frustration and diligence was so worth it.
