I stopped in unannounced to ask some insurance questions because I'm not happy with my current carrier and I need to update my business insurance as well as personal insurance and Shane was super helpful. Answered my questions right away, didn't ask me to come back another time, didn't even rush me to get out the door! This was the best thing I did all day!

Shane has taken care of our insurance needs for a number of years and we absolutely love having an agent that is on our side and looks out for our best interest. Not all insurance agents take care of their business this way. Often, we refer friends and/or family to Shane because their insurance agent has fallen short! It feels so great knowing he has our best interest in mind when advising us regarding our insurance coverages! He is a true “agent for his client and not his company!”
I have used Shane for several years and it has been a great experience. He constantly shops out my different policies to make sure I’m In the best policy for my circumstance. I have several rental properties and he makes sure I am well taken care of. His staff is extremely responsive and helpful.
