Beware, the agency doesn't return calls or emails and don't care about their clients' needs. Called multiple times and always out on vacation or out to lunch, and they never call back. Tried emailing shane ferrell directly, but being ignored for two weeks, still no response. I'm not asking for much, just a response to my email. Think twice about using this agent
