Shane is the very best! She has sold two homes for us and helped multiple family members with buying and selling because since 2017 she has been "the family's realtor". Five stars well deserved! Shane helped me with a long distance sale; I was out of state and she handled everything flawlessly. Communication was perfect, her subcontractors extremely affordable, and everything went without a hitch. I really needed to be able to hand off this responsibility to someone trustworthy and competent, and Shane allowed me to truly put the whole thing out of my mind.
