For months, Danielle has been over the top professional and always willing to help in every way. My now FIANC just purchased my engagement ring from her and it is absolutely beautiful!
So amazing !! Oxana did such a great job with my ring! I’m so happy :)) thank you Shane co !
Words can’t express how thankful I am to Oksana and Jalen at Shane Co. Taking over an hour out of their day to patiently untangle a bracelet that wasn't even theirs shows they truly care about people, not just sales. Thank you both for being so amazing!
Mia was amazing, super nice and helpful. Made it a non-stressful experience! Highly recommend the location in Tukwila, WA.
Michelle was so amazing! She was very patient (as my husband is a little indecisive lol) and got us everything we needed. She was even able to get our rings rushed for resizing so we could pick them up in person at a convenient day for us. Definitely happy with our experience there.
