Great place to shop! My husband and I went here to shop for engagement rings/wedding sets. This was the first jewelry store that I'd ever been to where not only were they knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy in the least bit!! We were so pleased with their wide selection and the ability to add any stone to any setting. It was like we could build our own ring. We were so pleased with the whole experience!
unwelcome I went in to get a chain repaired, and the associate I spoke to was very snobbish and uppity. I suppose unless you look like a big spender, you aren't worth their time.
Nothing but smiles... Went to Shane Co for the first time to find a gift for my wife (35th Anniversary.) First time I ever visited. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Juan and Joe (Associates) took their time explaining the process and showing me options while allowing me lots of time to browse on my own looking for ideas. Never felt pressured; they simply paid attention to any question I might have and tried to show me items that were suitable for my needs and my wife's taste.
