The best selection in town i think we went to six different jewelers before deciding on rings ffrom the Shane Co. for our wedding. Their selection was the largest and their ads are true. The reps didn't pressure at all for the larger stones. As a novice diamond buyer, I felt they educated us the best on the different grades available. Outstanding Customer Service! Today my wife and I visited the store to have her ring cleaned and checked for any problems. She purchased the ring about nine months ago when we were first married and I was out of the country at the time. When we entered the store, Marcus L., the salesman that had helped her, recognized her, remembered her by name, and even remembered that I had been overseas. Shane Co is a good store to shop for jewelery I shopped at Shane Co for our Anniversary jewelery. The salesperson was wonderful, very courteous, honest and treated with respect. Was not at all pushy. We had wonderful experience buying at Shane Co.
nice pressure free shopping Bought my wife's engagement ring here. They sales people were very helpful in selecting the setting and the stone. I didn't know much and they sat down and explained things to me. They held the ring for an extra long time so I didn't have to take it home and hide it from my wife. I don't think they work on commission so it's a nice no pressure place to shop. Their selection is decent and changes frequently, but the popular styles seem to stick around.
Helpful not too pushy, selection ok I bought my wedding band here. They don't have a huge selection, and a lot of it was too guady for my taste, but the service is good. They offer free cleanings and maintenance of my ring so that's a big plus. I went in many times before making a purchase and it was never high pressure.
what a waste i have had my 2 sets of earrings from shane for the past 8 years, and i wear them almost every day. i finally made the trip over to walnut creek to have them straighten out the posts .. they were busy so we were there for almost an hour after i gave the man my earrings. when ha gave them back he had cleaned them which was nice.. i put them right in my ears and left. on the way home i took them out to examine. the posts were just as crooked as before! wtf what a waste
Great service, honest and low pressure I like this store so much becuase you can actually walk out without something. The sales people are more like counselors, willing and helpful in everyway. They are knowledgeable and are honest, everything they have ever told me has been confirmed with outside services. The selection is great and there is pleanty of great parking.
Okay Jewlers If you live in the Bay Area you have probably heard about these great jewlers and all and how they have such a great big selection, etc,etc. But really, they are not all that they fessed up to be. Their selection is only medium and some of their pieces are not very nice. Also the sales people aren't very helpful but not many people go to this Shane Co. so I am not surprised. When you've seen Cartier, you've seen everything. But still, Shane Co. is nice.
