Shane helped me with the purchase of my condo in 2022. I was very satisfied with the experience so when I decided 3 months ago to sell my condo and buy a house, I called Shane. I purchased the house a month ago. Once again, the purchase process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone who is looking buy real estate in the Las Vegas area.
Shane was an absolute lifesaver. I looked for a house for months before hiring Shane and it was a disaster. I ran into roadblock after roadblock. However, after I hired Shane the process was much smoother. He knew the ins and outs of real-estate, he had connections to people that helped me get my credit cleaned up and approved for a mortgage.
