I’m truly disappointed in how after 4 years of renting from the same company my security deposit plus interest was decreased by $1,700 just to use the money to update the townhouse to put it up for sale. 4 years of normal wear and tear and I even repainted and left fixtures that are currently being sold with the townhouse.
