Its unfortunate that we have to rate this 1 star. We really enjoyed working with Kim for my sons speech therapy. There billing department however is very unethical. They told us we had no Co-Pay and 8 months later spring a $250 bill on us. My husband had lost his job at the time and we could have chosen to do fewer visits during that transition period, but were not informed that we had co-pays accruing. They had no remorse and didn't want to admit any fault for there mistake. We are now paying them monthly payments that we s... read more
