Shandon is an absolute pleasure to work with. I never understood how he was able to make everything work but anytime that my wife and I wanted to see a home and pitched a time he was there with his big smile excited to tour the home with us. I plan on continuing to work with Shandon in the future and would 100% recommend him to work with my family and friends.
Shandon is hands down the best! He was overly helpful and so personable! He really cares about you and wants to help you make educated decisions when purchasing your house. I will definitely be going through him every single time I plan on buying or selling! He’s absolutely incredible at his job!
Shandon helped me buy my current house and was the perfect realtor to work with. He is better than other realtors because he has the realtor experience and the construction experience (worked building houses) to help you know exactly what you are buying. Even when you get an inspector to look at the house, you'll still miss things or misjudge the seriousness of an issue.
