Shandi did such a great job selling our family home!! We received 12 offers - all OVER asking price - on our home within the first few days of being on the market!!! This was our first time selling a home so we had many questions. She walked us through the entire process making us feel confident in every decision. I cannot say enough good things about Shandi. We were a remote seller of a condo we'd never seen due to a foreclosure situation. Shandi went above and beyond handling everything from clean out to repairs, inspections, working with the association, marketing and selling the unit with multiple offers.
