I have nothing but high praise for the crew that came out to clean out from Austin Air Pros - Air Duct Cleaning my ducts and install a new flexible hose. They came out on time with their hazmat suits on, masks and gloves to combat the virus. Took them about 40 minutes to get everything done. I highly recommend them...!!!
Having kids and pets really does a number on your carpet. Austin Air Pros spent the time to explain all my options that were optional and recommended only on my needs. After choosing what was best for my needs, they spent no time at all getting my carpets looking as good as new again. I was very impressed by the customer service of Austin Air Pros - Air Duct Cleaning. I contacted them for cleaning my air duct and they responded very quickly and provided the quote right away. Also, very fair with the price. They answered all my questions and concerns I had. This is definitely the place to contact for your cleaning!
Austin Air Pros is excellent. I called this week and they made it a point to get here on last Sunday because we were receiving an error on our dryer indicating a block. They got here and was done cleaning our dryer vents. Nice guy, passionate about their business. We've also had him work on cleaning our central air ducts as well in the past and will continue to use him. Very reasonably priced.
They came on time did good work for the quoted price. No high pressure up sale. Great job.
