Our Peppy technician, Carlos, was super! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what we needed or didn’t need to do to maintain our heating and cooling system. I really appreciated his thorough inspection and advice. Seems like Peppy is not like the big, corporate-owned A/C companies in Boise that try to upsell people on many services or products they don’t really need. Thanks Peppy! You saved me hundreds and earned a new customer.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air on one of the hottest days of the year. Brett was able to squeeze us in to the Sunday schedule and I am so grateful! Tony was able to diagnose the issue and fix it very quickly. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and kind.
