Top notch Service and people.
Having recently purchased a home built in 1997, we had Peppy Heating and Cooling out to service the HVAC system that was installed in 2011. Alex and Sammy were the technicians for separate service appointments a few weeks apart. Both Alex and Sammy were very knowledgeable, professional, and delivered high quality service. The first appointment checked all the duct work in the crawl space and installed a upgraded filter box to accommodate a 20x20x4 inch filter - at our request. Highly recommend Peppy Heating and Cooling! Great staff and very thorough
Peppy heating and cooling was a great company to work with. We needed a new AC for our home. We were referred to them by a mutual friend. Sky, the sales representative came out right away to assess our needs giving us several options to consider with no high pressure sales. Upon deciding to go with them, they scheduled the replacement quickly and finished same day. If your looking for an independent owned, honest, reliable AC repairs/replacement in the treasure valley, consider Peppy's.
Kudos to Peppy Heating and Cooling for excellent service installing new AC unit. Sky spent a good deal of time explaining choices so that I felt comfortable making an informed decision as to which unit was best for my home. Kevin, Kam and Trey arrived promptly on the work day and informed me as to what they were doing and progress throughout the day.
