Rob was very prompt a real straight shooter did not try to up sale me which I really appreciate . Day of installation Tony and Luke and Trey got to work with the install these men are fantastic. Great experience. The company we got our furnace from a few years ago scheduled us two weeks out when our AC went out in 100*F, AQI of 200 conditions. A friend mentioned they'd seen Peppy on Next Door. The scheduling was quick and pressure free. The person who scheduled even checked something out and called me right back so they could well answer my question. And they were able to get a technician out the NEXT day. The technician was great.
