Sammy came out promptly, explained the diagnostic findings with pictures and video, fixed the problem and also found and addressed some unrelated issues that were problematic. Very cheerful and pleasant. Thanks Brett and Sammy!
Sammy was fantastic. Checked out my furnace and identified an issue that could have caused problems this winter.
