We had Peppy out — specifically Sammy — after a suspicious visit from another company that rhymes with Daltimate Heating, and it was a breath of fresh air. He was super thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable, without the pushy sales pitch you so often get from other vendors. Don’t hesitate to use them for your maintenance and servicing needs.
Rob came out and was very attentive as to what our needs were. Luke, Kevin, Josh and Diego did an excellent job on installing our new A/C & furnace. Kevin was very helpful in explaining the new equipment.
Sammy was on time. He is verx kind. He cleaned up the outside air unit without leaving a mess. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me that I needed new filters and offered to put them in. I didn't have replacements. I have used other companies and no one is as thourough and reasonably priced as Peppy . Thank you. They even send a picture of the technician in the text confirming they are on their way. It makes me feel safer. Than you Peppy!!! Thank you, Samny. You are a credit to your company.
Peppy came and replaced the furnace, thermostat, and outside fan unit. They were friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job. I haven't had a good working ac in over 5 years and never upstairs with other companies stating the old unit was working properly. ( I do rent so maybe that was the issue.) I now have ac upstairs and can feel the air being pushed out as well as my upstairs is finally comfortable to sleep. Thank you to the two gentlemen that worked all day in the heat to help cool my house.
