Peppy heating came out of troubleshoot why our Fireplace was cutting out. They gave it a good cleaning, tightened up some things, only charged me for a service call, and I'm happy that we should be good for another couple years. Very polite and professional crew.
The EASY BUTTON! I just had a Mitsubishi Wall Mounted heating/AC unit installed earlier this week. I had several estimates and Rob -the Project Manager provided a clear yet comprehensive review of the equipement options. The quoted price was in line with the other estimates but what 'sealed the deal' was Peppy's ability to set up the electrician, schedule a timely installation (within days of the initial meeting), schedule the visit/sign off by the Ada County inspector and provide the certificate need for a tax rebate.
