I was very pleased with my first visit to Dr Herring. Everyone was very helpful and friendly from front desk to lab. Dr Herring’s nurse Haley was very kind, supportive and professional. Dr Herring was the first physician that I have had that actually took the time to talk to me and ask me for my input. She listened and discussed all of my concerns and I never felt like she was in a rush. Very pleasant experience on the initial visit with my parents, but I have not been very pleased with her services since. My dad has been in the hospital 3 times since she has been his doctor, and she has not seen him ONCE. The hospital doctors and urologist diagnosed him with cancer but SHE has not seen him once. I called to make an appointment and she sent word back that she didn't want to see him. The home health nurses took blood and urine samples and sent them to her office....not one word from her or her nurses about wh... read more
Dr. Herring is simply wonderful. She is caring, attentive, and does her best whenever anything comes up. She has referred me to a couple specialists for things that need more focus and she took over for my endocrinologist when I no longer needed that specific care. She is dedicated to my physical and mental health and has an excellent bedside manner. She’s a wonderful person and a phenomenal doctor. I cannot say enough good things about her.
