I had a bad experience with buying my first house, and Shanan helped me buy my second house. It was a completely different experience—she is incredibly knowledgeable, and I had total trust in her that she was advocating for me and my family's best interest while looking for houses. I wouldn't use any other agent.
We had an outstanding experience working with Shanan! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly an expert in every aspect of the real estate process. She answered all of our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. The biggest surprise was that she sold our house before it even officially hit the market! Her expertise, strategy, and dedication exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn't be happier and would recommend her to anyone looking ... read more

Since it was our first time buying a home, she helped us get into homes that were different ages as well as different layouts (2 story versus all the different types of split levels, etc.) We were fairly open on what area we want... read more
Shanan helped tremendously! The sale of my home was smooth and easy regardless of the tough market.
