After the bathroom installation project was finished in July, the contractor's plumber was contacted multiple times directly and through Chris , but he was not able to find time to come fix a very loud water hammer effect every time the toilet he installed is flushing. The plumber was informed of the issue during his last visit on August 1st, it is now November 17th. Owner was on vacation, hence the late response earlier. Has full schedule but was very helpful regarding permits and processing times. Will contact again if we have to delay until Spring.
Chris built a nice deck for me three years ago and it’s holding up well. He also finished most of the basement and put in some built ins few years ago, and I hope he will take on a bathroom installation project this year. Not everything was perfect and it largely depends on subcontractor he uses, but overall all of the work is pretty solid and he definitely can be trusted. The deck was built by Chris directly and it is my favourite project so far.
Having our deck built by Shanahan Building and Remodeling was a wonderful experience for my wife and I.
