It's a great experience with my cochlear implant. .
Dr Shana did a great job with getting me hearing aids. The reason for one star is the service after the fact. I have called many time with problems with my hearing aids most of the time I can not get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. It's been 2 months and the aids I have don't work. The service after the sale is nonexistent.
