It always takes FOREVER for someone to answer the phone for any of the methodist obgyns offices. It's RIDICULOUS. I never experienced something like this when calling other doctors' offices.
I have very good experience visiting Dr. Jiang. She is professional and helpful answering my questions. Her office staff Tameshia and Keila are so kind and friendly. Thank you all!
She took as much time as needed to answer questions and didn’t make me feel rushed, and she gave forthright honest answers. She explained everything she did as she went along. Based on the first visit I was impressed with her and would recommend.
