Professionalism, knowing how to talk to patients/customers spending their money here on recommendation of their doctor. I just called there and the way the the girl yelled at me, talked over me, should not be tolerated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SPEND MONEY HERE and I WILL NOTIFY MY DOCTORS. I don't know if she treats all the patients the same way but she needs training or not working with the public.

i don't usualy leave reviews but why not. When i first saw the name and card that was given to me to get my boot i thought oh wow very professional, then after making the short trip there, greated with smiles which is not very offten in a place in Detroit. But as i waited for my insurance and stuff to process i was told that this was a family business and also found out they have a location in madison heights. all in all it did take a couple of minutes do process but i think its cuz its my first time there but other then tha... read more
My experience with the company was really pleasant and smooth. The moment I walked in, the environment was professional, straight forward, and mostly importantly quick! Moe greeted me and was very professional and helpful, he knows what he's doing and he does it with a passion. I would defiantly come back again for all my medical equipment needs.
