Shamrock Waterproofing was hired to waterproof our crawlspace. Their warranty included a lifetime guarantee on materials and labor. The work was done in April 2014, it is now August 2014. When problems occurred after their installation they stopped answering phone calls and emails and therefore have refused to honor their warranty. We gave them several opportunities to respond. Great Experience! – I found Shamrock to be very knowledgeable. When I had questions I called or emailed Keith, and he always responded very quickly. The price quoted was less than half of what other contractors quoted to do half of the work completed by Shamrock. Shamrock arrived early on the scheduled work day, knocked out the excavation and repair quickly, and left the site almost as if they had never been there. Great company – nothing but good things to say about these guys. everything went well, would come back to them again without hesitation
Customer service – Finished job. took a while to get the electricial completed, but shamrock did follow through and complete the entire job.
