It is really interesting how management somehow manages to let people live in their apartments without addressing the many issues they face. It's almost like the situation goes beyond being just unkind; it feels deeply unfair. The lack of professionalism is striking, and the maintenance is nothing short of terrible. This lady harrasses her tenants, take them to court for no apparent reasons , she also takes more rent than she is suppose to & she will try to evict your for un valid reasons!!! She is not who she claims to be
I absolutely love the management over here. Mrs. Waters has always demonstrated professionalism, very responsive, fair, Knowledgeable, Transparent, organized, & trustworthy. I highly recommend staying here.
