My stuff was ruined in this facility and then they took 169.00 out of my account when my unit was emptied on 1/2/2025 I was billed incorrectly and when I called to speak with the manager I was hung up on! Still haven’t received my refund! I wouldn’t go here!

I was a day late with my payment and the manager would not let us through the gate. My wife was stuck with a truckload of stuff and nowhere to put it. We have been customers there 5 years.
