Shamrock replaced our roof underlayment with a double underlayment. They installed new flashing and vents. They also painted the riser and vents. The crew was professional and efficient. Very happy with the job!
I hired shamrock to replace my 35 year old tile roof. They were exceptionally respectful, clean and professional. The lead on the project took pictures of the damaged plywood, tiles and trim and discussed the options. They made the repairs and walked me through everything they did. Amazing. I am a realtor and have used Shamrock to investigate roofs for couple years then I needed a roof. Not only did they beat the competition prices they did an amazing job I can’t speak highly enough of Shamrock roofing and I have used multiple for my clients and these guys are the best. Nice crew. Timely and cleaned up great. You’ll be glad and lucky to use them !!!
New roof is leaking. Shamrock sent someone out to look at it and they said there were nails missing which caused the leak. They said they sealed the leak. Okay, great… except the roof is still leaking. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for roof replacement. Mine is a shingle roof, perhaps they’re better when it comes to clay tile roofs, but I still wouldn’t take the chance.
