Won't take my pets anywhere else. The staff is absolutely wonderful. We had to euthanize my child's beloved dog Sammie. Coe stayed with us every step of the way. And the part of the cost I was not able to pay, the clinic took care of. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet.

About 2 weeks ago my cat Simba became extremely sick so we took him and there and just a few days later he was feeling so much better!! He was so pitiful and when we arrived he had a 105 fever and they immediately tried to get it down. I recommend them and they were all so sweet and caring!!

Business response:

Thank you

We love Dr. Hickman and staff. When our German Shepherd was hit by a car, they took him right in. They were very patient with him when he was scared and the multiple casts we went through. Yesterday, he went for a check up and grooming appointment. I was worried he may have to be sedated because he had to be for recasting. He was well behaved and they did an excellent job.

Business response:

Thank you

I would not recommend shamrock pet care to anyone who actually cares for the well being of their pets. I took my Golden Retriever to get shaved down and he came home gapped up, shaved down to the skin and razor burns all over his body. The response I got from them was the groomer could have done a better job if he was sedated. I've been told several times from them to have him sedated for nail trims, which I told them no and now they suggest it for a shave down. Um, no my dog will not be put to sleep for grooming!

Business response:

We would never sedate an animal without the owners consent or for anything other than the safety of the staff and pet.

Harley got sick on Christmas Eve a couple of years ago and Dr. Hickman met me early that morning and took GREAT care of her. And when Schotzy had a hernia that she couldn't help with she stayed late that day calling all the vets she could think of to get her taken care of. The whole staff is GREAT!!
