Good installers. Seems like they want recurring revenue. Not easy to get a repair or tune-up for a good price. Rooting for a Vet but not as easy to work with as I'd hoped.
My garage door opener failed after many years and I called Shamrock based on their online reviews. They came out and outlined the replacement choices. They suggested replacing not only the motor but also springs, rollers, belt, etc. The cost seemed high but I trusted them and went with their suggeston. They returned 4-5 days later and installed everything in about half an hour.
