I have worked with Shamrock over the years. They are excellent in all aspects: quality, service and value. Today they did not have the battery needed for our system and showed me how to change the battery myself such that we could do it ourselves rather than have them come back and pay the service charge again.
Mike and Jake were terrific! Cheerful, friendly, and they knew what they were talking about. No hard sell, just helped me meet my need. I hope they're the team that comes back for the installation of my new garage door. Hey!
