Place is currently under investigation for neglect and multiple code violations Flooding, and no office for operation, place is located in monroe, management says offices is in Belleville, but based in California, po box is what they give for meeting and filing, do not move here on alison dr. Lived here for 10 years. Was a very tight knit small community, very quiet and peaceful. Low cost lot rent close to shopping and public transit availability for those without a vehicle.
