Nice place, but in poor condition. This place has big problems with sewage and drainage and I know people that are having to move out of there because of it. They severely overcharge for lot rent and do the bare minimum of maintenance that is required by the city.
Place is currently under investigation for neglect and multiple code violations Flooding, and no office for operation, place is located in monroe, management says offices is in Belleville, but based in California, po box is what they give for meeting and filing, do not move here on alison dr. They jus fixed a home for sale, it's like 10ft from the main flooding issue, inspection done 3 yrs ago advised of needing to be replaced. They ignored it.
