Posted a request fo rd snow removal and the answered the call. They came once and plowed the wrong driveway. My husband let them know and instead of trying to blame us, they came right back out and did a fantastic job. We even made the nightly news! Seriously, they did such a great job after the city unkindly plowed us in and we had a "wall of ice" that I bonused them by passing for the neighbor's driveway, even though they never asked us or them. I intend to us them come spring.
