I recently had them replace six shrubs in our front yard. They recommended a plant which I later learned do not like the clay soil they were planted in. They were watered regularly so this was not an issue. Four of them died within a couple of months and the remaining two are now in the process of dying. We called them and kindly asked to see if we could get a refund or have them replaced and they said no! They do not do that! We had to replace them ourselves with plants purchased from Lowe's. Shamrock service was Great! They were attentive with everything I asked them to do. They put in our Sod in our back yard and did a beautiful job! They followed up continually making sure our grass was growing. They were honest with all there service never trying to over charge like some of these other Companys here in SC ...When you had a question and left a message they responded immediately never kept a person waiting for days! They were on time with the winter shut down for the sprinkler system! All the guys were Great!!!... read more
