Horrible place to buy a ring. We purchased a 5500 ring and every year it lost multiple diamonds. Even had the audacity to start asking to a fee to replace. We documented every time we had to replace diamonds in it. What an embarrassment. Do not recommend at all!
Too bad they don't answer their phones, even with a voice message indicating when they'll be back. I live over 40 miles away. New to the area. Says they are open on the internet. I'll keep looking for another jeweler. Sorry you missed me.

They are smaller store but the best jewelry store in Dubuque. They've always been very helpful
