Hired shamrock for a second opinion on my 15-year-old AC unit. First company told me you had a bad compressor and had to replace the whole system for thousands of dollars . Shamrock came out diagnose the problem, fixed it and it only cost a couple hundred dollars. Thank you Shamrock for being honest. Will hire again
I will have to say that the owner (William) of this company believes in customer satisfaction and customer retention. He doesnt except anything less than stellar work from his technicians, excellent customer service from his staff, and above standard quality of the work his customers receive. Memorial Day weekend 2012 my A/C went out and a tech from another company said it needed to be replaced which would of been about a week to order everything plus 3K!!!. Tech was nice, knowledgeable & prompt. Was there within 20 minutes as promised. Diagnosed the problem quickly, picked up the part & repaired within minutes. Definitely recommend for your heating & air conditioning services.
Thanks to the technicians that came out to service my air conditionor. They were on time, they took their time on my unit. So now when summer comes around i will not be sitting in the heat. i know my system will work properly.
