RecommendedMy husband and I happened upon this "gem" in the back room of the y over Christmas. The coach is amazing and taught and pushed both of us according to our individual skill level and athleticism. We are in our late 20s and early 30s and workout frequently, but this was an entirely new experience. We had SO much fun and got such a great workout! His rates are super competitive and every minute is fantastic! We will be back every time we visit!
We do two days ago week and my daughter says it still isn't enough! She has been in gymnastics off and on for years but has learned more in her first month here than all the classes she's had elsewhere combined. We love the coaches and the atmosphere they create, showing each child that it's ok of you mess up, we'll just try again. Can't recommend them enough!
My daughter says gymnastics is her favorite activity of the week. She makes progress each lesson! Thank you Coach Joe and Dusty for bringing Shamrock Gymnastics to the Lake Wylie/Clover, SC area!!!
