Avoid this office if you expect professional healthcare at all. The front desk girl, Anna Batenhorst, is rude and extremely unprofessional. If she doesn’t like you she makes it very clear in how poorly she treats you and will play with your healthcare any way that she can. I have Never been Down Talked to by anyone at The Shamrock Clinic Except By That New PA You Have! She was So Rude. Mad because She had to Come to the ER on Sunday. As of December 2024, this doctor and clinic are friendly, concerned, attentive and comforting. Doctor is VERY thorough and has professional and kind bedside manner. So happy this clinic is on track and we have this facility in our community!
