I have done business with them many times over the years. They always do a great job and Harold is always wonderful to work with! He has always taken his time with me to show me every sample possible and goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy. The installers are always great and do a wonderful job. My friend and I went into Shamrock Carpets looking to buy carpet remnants. There was only one salesman and he was busy talking to another customer. We waited and looked around the store for over half an hour and the salesman never said a word to us, even though we walked by him 4 times. A simple "hello I'll be with you as soon as I'm done with this customer" would have been nice. We will not be going back again.
