Very disappointing!!!! I will most likely never go back. I would rather pay more, than get the service I got today!!! I live very nearby and have been using this car wash for years and have had very good service. Today, the automatic car wash shut down in the middle while my car was being washed. Everything turned off and I had only gotten the soap on my car. I looked for a phone number to call to say that the machine was not acting right and found no number. laser wash does not give change and does not give receipt. No one answers the phone when you try to call. You will be better off washing it yourself. Not cleaning very will. For the high end wash, I still had to wash many areas myself. Waste of your money.
