Very poor people skills. They get offended extremely easily when you tell them your best offer, that is even very close to what they are asking. Apparently think you should be locked in to what they want and you shouldn't be allowed to make offer. Its ok, their loss. Got better deal elsewhere the same day.

Bought a Honda Pilot there about a month ago. The process was super easy and they were great to work with. My key fob stopped working the same week we bought it and they made sure to get us a new one, which was really nice. I would definitely recommend working with them!

I bought a used truck from Jake at Shamrock and the experience went without a hitch. He listed the vehicle with plenty of pictures and a detailed video. The vehicle was in the condition they promised when I arrived and Jake was professional and ready with all necessary paperwork and documents for a quick transaction.
