Very poor people skills. They get offended extremely easily when you tell them your best offer, that is even very close to what they are asking. Apparently think you should be locked in to what they want and you shouldn't be allowed to make offer. Its ok, their loss. Got better deal elsewhere the same day.
My wife and I had been searching for a good deal on a very nice car for several weeks when we were directed to Shamrock Auto Group, who had just the car we were looking for. After test driving it and making some comparisons we ended up purchasing the car.
