Last month while visiting my husband during a show in panama beach a lady hit my new parked car. For weeks I tried sorting it out with her insurance company with no luck. Finally we took our car here for an estimate. From the moment we got out of the car everyone we came in contact with was/is super nice. They took care of everything that I had no luck with. Today my daughter and I had a truly positive experience, the staff was awesome and extremely helpful. Our car was taken care of promptly and we are very satisfied. Thank you to the staff the helped us with our car. I highly recommend Shamrock auto body.
This place is a joke. Brought my truck in for repair around the windshield due to bad installation from glass company that caused rust and this joke for a body shop said they repaired it and all they did was sand and paint. The rust was back in 1 month!!! When I contacted the owner he laugh and said "so what are you going to do". IHe wouldn't stand up to his own warrenty so I took to another guy the glass company suggested and he fixed it. I would NEVER do business with these people!!!!
