used to be a very wonderful place to live, now that we have these new managers, they are extremely money hungry. Jacked up the rent, you have to pay $2.95 to pay rent online🤬🤬 No security lights in parking lot for the last 7 months, has a huge hole soon as you enter the apartment complex that they drove over and ignored. But they want more money.
For the history of Shamrock Village,Ms Carolyn was the best hands down Property Manager. Unlike the current individual, she lacks professionalism. Upper management had to be pretty desperate to not even match Ms Carolyn. It would be wise to keep up with the records because this is a one stop shop for everything. You can take the person out the ghetto but not the ghetto out of them.
