I can’t give zero stars, otherwise I would. We called recently for emergency service when our furnace went out and we smelt gas in the house. The website CLEARLY STATES they have 24/7 emergency service. The phone operator asked us on our initial call whether we needed immediate, late night service or if we could wait until the morning. I told her that we need immediate service due to smelling gas and 10 degree temps that night. She then told us that a technician would reach out shortly to service us. the technicians were polite. they arrived on time. the issue I have with this company is the lack of transparency. I signed up for the discount club membership which states as a member we get 5-10% off new equipment and installation. We were quoted a price of $4,500 yesterday when they did their initial visit. When we were presented the bill I asked where the discount was and the technician told us the price was already factored in the price. I asked to see the math.
