I can’t give zero stars, otherwise I would. We called recently for emergency service when our furnace went out and we smelt gas in the house. The website CLEARLY STATES they have 24/7 emergency service. The phone operator asked us on our initial call whether we needed immediate, late night service or if we could wait until the morning. the technicians were polite. they arrived on time. the issue I have with this company is the lack of transparency. I signed up for the discount club membership which states as a member we get 5-10% off new equipment and installation. We were quoted a price of $4,500 yesterday when they did their initial visit. When we were presented the bill I asked where the discount was and the technician told us the price was already factored in the price. I asked to see the math.
