Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. The owner is completely dishonest. After agreeing on a price over a text (so it was in writing) and over the phone (which was much higher than other places) I drove for over 40 minutes to this location in coconut creek. When I got there the owner was rude and obnoxious especially when I was a new customer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. had to take my dog to vet because they completely messed up her anal glands in cleaning leaving her in pain with glands full and inflamed. they don't pick up the phone or do anything promised . She didn't smell clean, didn't do her pads and service was horrendous. the only time you get answers is when they want your payment upfront. $@%) Vet visit and a dog in pain for a cleaning- DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS here and be swayed by the "monthly" ripoff plan
