Pam is so wonderful with our "parrot", Max. (Our 4 1/2 lb dog this is more comfortable sitting over your shoulder than anywhere else) She knows just what we want in a cut and she always goes out of her way to make every experience wonderful. Including Holiday pictures of our little guy! We wouldn't go anywhere else. A+ all the way!
